What does healthy leadership look like?

How can women find balance in their work, their communities, and their families to help them successfully lead? How do we nourish ourselves as women to lead in healthy ways? With its theme of “Healthy Leadership: Women Finding Balance,” this conference will provide opportunities for women to develop and enhance their personal and professional leadership skills.

The conference theme allows us to look at leadership through the lenses of emotional health, professional health, physical health, social health, and personal health in all aspects of our lives.

Come engage in conversation on questions such as:

  • What techniques and strategies enable successful leadership?
  • How can we work for equality in decision-making, in our workplaces, our homes, and our communities
  • How do we empower the next generation?
  • What skills and abilities can we refine to become better leaders?
  • How does finding a healthy balance in our lives lead to better health, happiness, and productivity?

The conference will be held on the Lewis-Clark State College campus. We will have an opening, keynote, and closing presentations with recognized leaders from our region and community. The day will include four 50-minute breakout sessions on campus, lunch, and a no-host closing reception.
