What's the Difference Between...

Your Application Portal helps you become a student. You use it to apply, track your application, and upload supplemental items like transcripts and test scores

WarriorWeb is your source for online student records and course information. You can search and register for classes, print your schedule, determine your financial aid status and accept financial aid, check your grades, view your academic transcript, and much more!

On the Scholarships and Waivers page you will find a link to the Scholarship Portal. The Scholarship Portal is home to both the scholarship library and the scholarship application. Once you have been admitted and received your Student ID number, you can create an account and submit a scholarship application. You will also need to have access to your LCMail account in order to finish setting up your scholarship portal account. The application is accessible to all incoming and continuing LC State students.

LCMail is the student email system, powered by G Suite. All students are given LCMail email accounts once they submit an application. Once you've been admitted, you will want to be sure you are checking your LCMail account regularly, since it is the official means of communication with students.  

LeapFile is a safe way to send sensitive documents like transcripts and test scores.

First-Year Student

If you are a high school senior, have already graduated from high school, or earned a GED and have attempted fewer than 14 transferable semester college credits, you should apply as a first-year student.

Transfer Student

If you have at least 14 transferable semester college credits and either graduated from high school or earned a GED, you should apply as a transfer student.

If you are a Warrior that would like to return to LC State and continue your education you should apply as a returning student.

Non-Degree Seeking Student

Do you want to acquire training or skills for your job, transfer credits to another institution, or try something new? You should apply as a non-degree seeking student.
