The user ID for WarriorWeb can be found by going to the 'Forgot your user name' link on WarriorWeb. Enter your LCMail address into the email address field.
The default password is the eight digits of your birth date - MMDDYYYY.
After submitting a name change form with the Registrar's Office, you will receive a new email account and password within one business day. Follow the instructions listed above to find your new User ID. The default password will be the eight digits of your birth date - MMDDYYYY.
Click on the 'Forgot your password' link at the bottom of the sign in page. Enter your WarriorWeb username and your LCMail address. A link will be sent to your LCMail address to reset the password. If you do not have access to your LCMail please give us a call.

If you have set a password recovery option then click the 'Forgot password' link on the sign in page and it will prompt you to enter your recovery email or phone number. Otherwise you will need to call us to reset the password.

Select 'Forgot Password' on the Canvas login page. Enter your username then click 'Request Password'. An email with a password reset link will be sent to your LCMail. The email may take a few minutes to reach your inbox, and be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well.

You can change/reset your @lcsc.edu password two ways:
- While logged into a computer on campus, hit Control + Alt + Delete and 'Change Password' for Windows users. Mac users will go to System Preferences and then Users & Groups and choose their account and click 'Change Password.'
- While off campus follow these instructions.
Password must meet the following complexity requirements:
- At least eight characters in length
- Does not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name
- Contain characters from three of the following categories
- Uppercase character
- Lowercase character
- Number (0 through 9)
- Non-alphabetic character (for example, !, $, #, %)

Sign into Umbraco by going to https://edit.lcsc.edu. This link is only accessible through the VPN or while you are on campus. For step by step instructions on how to update your online profile, you can watch this video or read these instructions.
