Individual Advising Sessions

High school seniors can attend an individual STAR session with an advisor. STAR stands for STudent Advising and Registration.
Individual STAR sessions give students the flexibility to choose between meeting on campus, over the phone, or by Zoom to register for fall.
During these meetings you will:
- Meet with an advisor and register for classes
- Receive information about attending LC State
- Have the opportunity to ask questions about programs and career goals
Before or after your advising session, you may choose to:
- Tour campus
- Meet with Financial Aid and Student Accounts
- Get your Student ID card
- Take academic placement tests
